Was completely harassed by management today on 8/19.. I have videos to post staff did not identify their name or a title but refused to allow me into the locker room to get my belongings because I had a 5-year-old autistic boy and they said I can't walk him inside to get my things out of the locker. The man who stops me from going into the locker room proceeded to go into the locker room himself and asked a young male employee to accompany him. He also asked that I shower my child naked in the open shower by the pool instead of a closed stall so that other women won't feel uncomfortable. He then forced me to leave the gym at around 7:45 and kept telling me to leave when I asked for the owners information even though I am an active member in the gym closes at 10:00. He kept repeating that he may or may not work there and that he's the boss right now. He went out of his way to humiliate me yell at me tell me I cannot read.. tell me I cannot tell time.. he told me that it's my problem that my child's father cannot accompany him to the gym to take him to the men's room.. he tried to separate me from my child and leave my child in the lobby.. and he seemed extremely interested in me sho

The gym is phenomenal. Neighborhood feel, people of all ages, fantastic and diverse selection of cardio and strength machines, weights, stretching devices; was happy to find a speed bag, heavy bag, an inversion table.. where else do you see that!!? Biggest surprise was membership including access to the heated pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. Love this place. Trying to get my wife to join and try the classes, and maybe Iβll get the courage to ask about giving racquetball a shot πβ€οΈπͺπ½

Overall I am not happy with this gym. The treadmills are always breaking down. I had to change treadmills 2 times in one day because they would not work Almost all the equipment in this gym is old. It needs to be updated ASAP. The only way they are still in business is because they rent out rooms in the building (ex: barbershop, food prep place, massage therapy, etc.) I cannot see them staying open on membership alone. One section of the gym you can't use because there's a Parisi Fit Program which is for kids/teenagers. This room has kickboxing bags which paying members would like to use too!!! Move the kickboxing bags to another room! I go around 7pm during the week and can't find a spot sometimes because all the parents are parked in parking lot to pick up their kids. Also, in the summer they have a summer camp for kids. The hours aren't great on weekends. Saturday they close at 5pm and Sunday they close at 4pm. Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness close at 7pm on those days. The air conditioner kept breaking down in the summer and they were using ghetto fans to keep the place cool (which did not work). In the treadmill, /elliptical,/stairmaster/bike room you can hear people dropp

Excellent. Large, spacious, and lots of things to do. Few gyms in the area have both a pool and handball courts, much less in this kind of clean conditions. The place literally never smells bad and is perfectly climate controlled. Plenty of machines on the first floor, ample space for free weights on the second floor along with studios for classes. They converted the physical therapy office into part of their astroturf field, and it's a nice private spot (except when classes are happening - the area is closed off) for those who want to workout alone or stretch. This place has come a long way. And the staff is remarkable. The best part is there isnt a lot of screaming, yelling, grunting, or obnoxious groups of kids there (a big problem I had with Gold's and Synergy). It's a pleasant environment that I'm glad to be a part of.

This GYM is all about the customer and it shows! I have worked out as various gyms my whole life and I always realized that It all stems from the leadership .. I was lucky enough to meet with David T the head manager here and he took his time out to meet with me to discuss all of my recommendations. He took me so seriously that in 2 weeks he acted upon them immediately, moving some machienes that I felt would fit better in another location. I love the culture here, the weights are put back and the work out equipment is awesome, and they actually clean the bathroom to a sparkle 5 stars from me
